All prices are per person and include the Alpenfrieden Pampering Board. If you choose to stay with breakfast only, € 12.00 will be deducted from the daily price.
A local tax of € 2.90 per person per night applies to all guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the listed price and will be collected on-site.
Offers cannot be combined
Single room supplement: € 15.00 per day. We also offer a single room at the Berghotel with a supplement of € 10.00 per day.
The rooms in the Annex Deluxe and Annex Family Suite are located in the annex building, (about 90 metres from the main building)
The GuestPass museumobil combines free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol with free admission to over 90 participating museums. The GuestPass museumobil also includes a colourful weekly programme and discounts.
Children’s discounts (in the room with 2 full-paying adults)
Children up to 2.99 years: FREE
Children from 3 to 5.99 years: -70%
Children from 6 to 9.99 years: -50%
Children from 10 to 11.99 years: -30%
From 12 years: -10%
Uneaten meals will only be deducted (€ 12.00) if cancelled by 12:00 noon.

We accept cash, direct transfer, Mastercard, Visa
Reservations are binding upon written confirmation from us and receipt of a deposit of € 100.00 within 20 days. We recommend all our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before your planned arrival incur no cancellation fees.
Cancellations from 27 to 8 days before arrival incur a charge of 30% of the booked stay price.
Cancellations from 7 days to 24 hours before arrival incur a charge of 60% of the booked stay price.
In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full price for the booked period will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance
Before your trip, unforeseen incidents can occur that may force you to postpone or cancel your vacation. Therefore, we recommend securing yourself financially in advance by taking out our travel cancellation insurance.
Check-in & check-out
Rooms are ready from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon request. We charge € 15.00 per day for dogs, excluding food. To ensure your pet’s comfort, please bring a basket or blanket. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the wellness and buffet areas.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas
